• balconies daylesford is non smoking.
• we operate a minimum stay policy of 2 nights at weekends and 3 nights at public holidays.
• check-in is by appointment - with no check-in after 9.30pm.
• check-out is 11am - late departure packages are available.
• regrettably our accommodation is not suitable for children under 15 years of age - any bookings made either through this web site or though third party web sites will not be accepted if children are included in the party.
• for the comfort of all our guests we do not accept pets at balconies daylesford or any Stag or Hen party bookings.
• at the time of booking we will take a non-refundable deposit to cover the 1st nights stay - the balance will be due on arrival - for on-line bookings we will take a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charge - the balance will be due on arrival. should you cancel the booking, the first nights accommodation cost will be retained. if a reservation is cancelled within 5 days of arrival, the total cost of the stay will be taken unless we are able to resell the accommodation.

• payment can be made by visa, mastercard, EFTPOS, cash.
• these terms and conditions supersede any provided by other third parties
